PACKAGES

ONE DAY RENTAL (Excludes Saturdays) : $1,800.00 or

(min 3 hrs) $250 p/hr. for (0-50ppl); $275 p/hr  for (51-100 ppl); $300 p/hr for (101-200)

Included:

  • 1 Hour Planning Meeting (this is your opportunity to meet with your DJ, decorator or any other vendor or family members involved in the planning process that would like to view the venue with you before the wedding/party.)

  • Banquet Hall Access (upstairs and downstairs - 3,550 sq. ft.  including dance floor and exclusive use of the venue from 9:00 am until midnight on the day of the wedding/party. Wedding/party must end by 11:00 pm so you have time to gather your belongings and say your goodbyes to your guests.)

  • Your choice of caterers/Vendors with proper licensing

  • Large Prep kitchen for your caterer

  • Secluded location for your private event

  • Maximum 200 guests

  • Built-In Separate Bar Area (Alcohol Packages Available)

  • Use of bridal suite (Perfect For Pictures) 

  • Large Patio With Beautiful Scenic View 

  • Large Well Lit Parking Lot 

  • We handle cleanup of the event. All you need to do is take your trash, food and decorations with you. 

  • We provide Fourteen 60” round tables, Fourteen 8’ foot banquet tables, Two 6’ tables, Four Bistro tables as well as 116 white folding garden chairs. 72 banquet chairs. We do not provide linens for the tables. 

 

 

SATURDAY PACKAGE : $3,000.00

(hourly not available, only if extra time is needed)
